1. Students availing scholarships are required to maintain a minimum of 70% aggregate across all semesters in order to continue to be eligible for scholarships. Failure to maintain a minimum percentage of 70% shall require the student to pay the normal fees prescribed by the university for the ensuing semester. No pleas/waivers shall be entertained under any circumstances.

2. For continuing eligibility for scholarships in ensuing semesters, students need to clear the exams in the first attempt.

3. The amount of scholarship shall not exceed the total amount of tuition fees due for the semester.

4. Additional discounts (girl student, sibling, alumni referral etc.) if any shall be added up and applied against the net tuition fee payable after availing of scholarship.

5. Only for engineering courses scores of PCM/PCB/JEE mains scores/ranking as the case may be shall be considered for determining eligibility for a scholarship. For all other courses, the aggregate of the scores obtained in all the subjects at the qualifying exam shall form the basis of scholarship eligibility.

6. There shall be no rounding off marks or percentages to the next highest whole number. For example, even 74.99 shall be considered as 74 marks or percentage respectively.

7. In case of any disputes, the decision of the University is final and shall be binding on the student.

8. Students availing of the scholarship shall be required to submit an affidavit duly signed by their legal guardian accepting the terms and conditions of the scholarship offer as specified by the University.

9. At any time there is a discovery of misrepresentation or fraudulent submission of documents or information relevant to the scholarships, the University reserves the right to recover actual fees due with an interest of 12 percent compounded annually. In addition, the candidate and/or his guardian shall be liable for legal action.

10. Legal disputes if any are restricted to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
